Before you sign anything
The renderings are beautiful. The contract is 80 pages. Before you wire a deposit, I'll pull what actually matters: the developer's delivery track record, the deposit schedule and what it really commits you to, how the pricing comps against delivered buildings next door, and whether the resale math works if your plans change.
