Before real estate, I built and ran businesses in the luxury space. That's where I learned this clientele, the expectations, the discretion, and the level of service the top of the market demands.

I can't out-aggregate the big portals, and I don't try to. Instead I do what an algorithm can't: read live inventory and recent closes, understand zoning and development, and price with conviction, so you move with confidence instead of hope.
